Please join Kate McIntyre MW, Phillip Moraghan & Ray Nadeson for a curated evening of pinot noir from three unique Victorian climates. The tasting will feature a flight of flagship wines as well as a couple of thought-provoking curiosities.
Hosted by Alquimie and WhatWine the dinner will emphasise the structural and textural strength of pinot noir. The menu will progress from light to dark — a savoury and spicy expression of Shanghai cuisine. Grounded by humble and earthy flavours, the meal will eschew pretension in favour of generosity of spirit.
Paying homage to one of the world's noble grape varieties, the food will layer complex flavours over three courses.
